You are eligible for this guarantee if any of the following occurs:
• You have a confirmed booking (made through our website and received an official confirmation), but the selected masseuse is not available, and the available ones do not meet your expectations.
• The masseuse’s appearance, cleanliness, or overall look significantly differs from the photos.
• The duration of the treatment is not proportional to the program you booked.
• For example:
• For a 70-minute session, the actual time spent in the massage room is less than 55 minutes.
• For a 90-minute session, less than 75 minutes.
• For a 120-minute session, less than 105 minutes.
(15 minutes are allocated for arrival, shower, changing, and departure)
• The masseuse is not available for bookings between 10:00 AM and 9:45 PM (Sundays until 7:45 PM).
• The masseuse did not inform you of the prices and any available extra programs before starting the session.
• The masseuse quoted prices different from those listed, or requested extra money for services not included in the official price list.
